Summary Introduction

Case summary:

Person V bought 14 separate dance courses from person D’s school of dance. In order to improve her dancing ability, she is induced to reapply for novel courses represented by person D. she was saying that, she had good prospective that they were developing her in to an accomplished dancer. In real sense she does not have dancing skill and trouble in musical beat hearing. Person V sued an action for set aside contract.
