The muscle group that will contract and relax during flexing of the arm.
Introduction:
While moving the arm, the radius and ulna bones of the forearm are flexed and extended. This movement occurs at the elbow joint. These bones are joint with the humerus in the upper arm at the elbow. These muscles are antagonistic to each other.
