Chapter 11, Problem 11CYU
Summary Introduction
To review:
The muscle compartment where biceps brachii, brachialis, and their antagonist muscle are found.
Introduction:
Anatomical compartments are formed by the virtue of the dense fibrous connective tissue. The muscles located in the same compartment are involved in similar actions and generally work as synergists of each other. The muscles found in the opposite compartments exhibit opposite reactions and hence, work as agonist or antagonist of each other.
