Cancer is caused due to the uncontrolled division of cells. The cancerous cells can be malignant and benign. In malignant, the cancerous cells invade the tissues and spread to the body. In benign, the cancerous cells cannot invade the tissue and cannot spread to the body. Heart disease is caused by the blockage of an artery due to the accumulation of bad cholesterol.
