- It is the most efficient method to communicate within the organization of business transactions such as maintaining the financial records of the users such as bank balances, name, and address. But it is just a part of e-commerce business.
E-business:
The information and communication technology is used for business support activities is called e-business.
- In e-business, the internet is used to buy, sell, provide customer service and collaborate with business partners.
- The e-business competes in the global market by providing the best customer service, providing materials economically and develops the products faster and efficiently.
