Concept introduction: With the readily available services for communication as technology improved, the employees tend to misuse the information tools for their personal social networking purposes. It also has led the employees to act inappropriately across social media and has created a new set of managerial skills to ensure the company and its employees do not lose the reputation due to misconduct of few people. Since the tool that is used to enhance communication can also hinder it, asn information technology paradox is seen.
