One would certainly take backseat in his career if he is unwilling or unable to learn communication. It cannot be said whether the workers today would be successful or not but they would certainly face a lot of obstruction in their career if their writing remains poor.

Proper communication can be learnt but it becomes a topic of concern when someone denies to learn it. These things are essential to be successful and delivering the quality work. Communication plays a major role in any profession and it should be improved.
