WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Bought a couch and love seat set almost a year ago that was delivered defective (missing a part in the love seat). Unfortunately it operated completely fine for a month or so before we noticed that it was a defective loveseat, so now we have been getting the run around from customer service since august 2022. Apparently they ordered the part after we first called in august, but the date of arrival has been changed 5 times since then and we still do not have a date in site for when this problem will be fixed. However we were given $100 gift card for the unconvinced, but at this point I would NEVER shop at Teppermans again. I do not feel like $100 to put back into their store is enough to compensate for delivering a faulty product that costs thousands and doing nothing to fix it within a reasonable time frame. Absolutely disappointed in this store.
