Introduction:- In this method wells are drilled around the excavation area with submersible pumps installed a closely spaced line of small diameter wells alongside an excavation. These pumps are connected to a header pipe in which allowing the groundwater to be drawn up by the pumps into the Well points and then discharged and are designed to be low in cost and robust in design and materials.
