The construction works all details and documented in a contract. But in some cases due to lack of time or due to the speedy ongoing process of the work, the contractor and the client will move for oral contracts and those are not documented in the contract. Oral contracts are just verbal contracts without any proof. Not every time it is possible to contract and document all the necessary works in these situations oral contracts come to play.
