i have a function declared as
void matrix (int **matrix, int rows, int cols)
how do i call this function in the main correctly.
i declared a 2d array
int array[2][2]; // initialized it with values
int row = 2;
int col = 2;
and i call the function like
matrix(arr,row,col);
this gives an error saying no matching function found
