Carbohydrates and protein are biomolecules. Both of these are macromolecules. Carbohydrates and proteins are made up of monosaccharide carbohydrate units and amino acids respectively. The monomers gets polymerized with the help of a bond to form macromolecules. The bonds present in carbohydrates and proteins are glycosidic linkage and peptide bond respectively.
