Please review the document on How to complete the peer assessment form included in the Unit 5 reading under the Peer Assessment heading. As you peer assess this week, look for strengths where the assignment criteria were met and areas of opportunity where the content fell short of meeting the assessment criteria. Let each peer know the areas they can improve, but point out the areas where they did well, too. The comments for each aspect on the peer assessment form are intended to substantiate or justify the numeric score.   Share an example of a time when you received effective feedback that helped you improve your performance. What made that feedback helpful?  Share an example of a time when you received feedback that was not helpful. What made that feedback ineffective? Using your two examples, what can you conclude about the characteristics of effective feedback? If you were a manager, how could you use these lessons to improve the feedback you gave?
