Why Abortion Should stopped
For everyone an abortion is defined as “the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus from a female, in order to end a pregnancy (Webster, Merriam).” Abortions are wrong because one cannot create life; therefore a person should not be able to terminate a life before it actually starts. Depending on the situation people may feel that abortions are justifiable. Due to a person being too young, or just simply unprepared. I feel that either way that it is murder. We wouldn’t accept a serial killer roam the streets as if nothing happened. In this argument it is the same thing. (The book of exodus 20:1-7) clearly states “thou shall not kill.” You can’t avoid that in any form or fashion (exodus 20:1-7).” Every human being has a right to life even if they are not born, yet there are no rules to stop this crime.
I feel that abortions should be illegal anywhere on this planet. I searched up some facts about how abortions can hurt you in The killing of an human was doing no wrong is a horrible act, even if that human being has yet to be born. Unborn babies are considered human or soon to be humans by the government and people who actually cares about humans. The federal Unborn Victims of Violence Act, which was made to protect unborn children from assault and murder. The law states that under federal law, anybody intentionally killing or attempting to kill an unborn child should be trialed for on purposely killing or attempting an abortion. At least 38
Thou shalt not kill; one-tenth of what may arguably be the most famous guidelines of morality in the western culture, and also the main driving force for pro-life advocates. The argument supporting their beliefs typically starts with the premises that a fetus is a person, and to destroy or to kill a person is unethical. Therefore abortion, the premeditated destruction of a human being, is murder, and consequently unethical. I deny the fact that the fetus, what I will refer to as an embryo up to 22 weeks old, has the right to live. The opposing argument is invalid because a fetus, although perhaps a part of human species, is not formally a person. This leaves it simply to be a part of the woman?s body, whose fate lies solely in the
Abortion should be illegal because it is murder. Abortion not only kills the baby but it also kills the mother in some cases. In many different countries
Abortion defies the word of God as it breaks the sixth commandment, which states to not kill. Clearly, abortion is a part of murder as it takes away the life of an innocent child. Moreover, Abortion also ruin God’s plan for the baby and the purpose of the baby. Besides that, a child is a blessing given by God, which should not be hated but loved. Although there are some that defend the idea of abortion, such as those with secular views, it doesn’t stop the fact that abortion is murder. Unborn children also have the right to live, grow and
How would you feel if someone took away your ability to live? Imagine not having any say in whether or not you want to have a life. Well babies don't have a choice in their mother’s womb. If a woman decides to abort her baby, they can't do anything about their life being taken away from them. Their whole future is demolished. I believe abortion is wrong when committing it for a selfish reason.
Abortion is the ending of pregnancy before birth and is morally wrong. An abortion results in the death of an embryo or a fetus. Abortion destroys the lives of helpless, innocent children and is illegal in many countries. By aborting these unborn infants, humans are hurting themselves; they are not allowing themselves to meet these new identities and unique personalities. Abortion is very simply wrong. Everyone is raised knowing the difference between right and wrong. Murder is wrong, so why is not abortion? People argue that it is not murder if the child is unborn. Abortion is murder since the fetus being destroyed is living, breathing and moving. Why is it that if an infant is destroyed a month before the birth, there is no problem,
Abortions should be illegal in the United States. Abortions have been occurring since the 1800`s. They were banned in the 1880’s except to save the life of the women. However, the Supreme Court ruled in 1973, in the case Roe vs Wade that abortion is legal in the first trimester. I disagree with this ruling because it is morally wrong. Secondly, every human being must be responsible for their actions. Lastly, there are many options available to prevent becoming a parent. We have to right to decide when we want to become a parent, but not if it involves terminating another human life.
Did you know that just in the US, more than 1.3 million unborn babies are killed in abortion each year (Teens for Life)? Did you also know that approximately 50 million babies have been killed since abortion was legalized in 1973 (Teens for Life)? Precious, Human Life has been lost. How would it feel if your life would be taken away in just a few minutes? You would have no family, no future, and no life. I believe that Abortion is wrong. Those babies should be given a chance to see the world. Here are some reasons why Abortion is wrong.
Murder is illegal in the United States, and according to Procon.org, "Abortion is murder. The killing of an innocent human being is wrong, even if that human being has yet to be born. Unborn babies are considered human beings by the US government" (Web Procon.org). The Federal Victims of Violence Act was created to protect unborn children from any violence which also means protecting them from being killed. With this act in place, abortion should already be illegal because it defies the reason why the act was created in the first place.
Around the world many women are receiving abortions legally and illegally. I believe receiving abortions should be against the law, with the exception of rape and incest. Taking the life of an unborn human being is not only cruel but wrong. The decision of taking another human beings life should not lie in our hands.
There have been 1.72 billion abortions in the last 40 years. Abortion is murder, it’s the killing of a child. Very commonly, people misunderstand the reasons for abortion, thinking that in some cases, there’s no other choice. There are alternatives to getting an abortion. Abortion should be illegal for any and all reasons.
A topic that has played a big part in the legalization of abortion is if it would be considered to be murder. First we need to understand what is murder. As defined by the dictionary murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another (Webster Dictionary) Whereas abortion can be defined as the deliberate termination of a pregnancy by the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus (Webster Dictionary). The definition of murder mentions the words 'unlawful ' and 'human being ' for that they do not apply to the definition of abortion. The term “human incubator” was used to describe the women pregnant with an unwanted child (debate.org). One of the debaters said “Abortion does not equate to killing a living breathing existing human being. The woman has a life, dreams, family, history, possibly a job. The fetus has nothing but what it is given (debate.org).” A fetus is not yet a human being. It is more like a seed or sprout of a human being. It is ‘alive,’ but that is also
“There are nearly 1.2 million abortions performed in the United States each year” (Operation Rescue, 2014). That was 1.2 million innocent lives that were ended before they even had a chance to begin. Abortion has been legal for decades now, and it is time to put a stop to all the murdering of unborn children. This senseless killing of an unborn child needs to be recognized for what it truly is, and that is legalized murder. Abortions should be made illegal in the United States because it is taking the life of an innocent person, there are other options out there and lastly abortions are not only harming the unborn child but also cause harm to the mother.
Abortion is one of the most controversial subjects that has been continually argued over for many years all over the world that poses the questions death or life. Abortion discusses one’s interaction where ethics, emotions, medical, and law come into place. According to the Webster Dictionary abortion is the loss of the fetus or unborn child before it can live outside the womb. The killing a human life is a contradiction to the norms of society, from a biblical point of view, one will believe that abortion is wrong because it is a sin that is stated in Exodus 20:13, the sixth commandment of the law of God "Thou shall not kill", and such an act should be outright illegal. Although abortion may seem to be the only correct solution for an unwanted pregnancy, it is cruel, unethical, and presents a double-standard for society; therefore, it should be considered illegal except under some special cases and medical circumstances that indicate a danger to the mother and child.
“The Sixth Commandment of the Bible's Old Testament, "Thou shalt not kill" (Exodus 20:13), applies to all human beings, including unborn babies” (Should abortion be legal?). If someone were to have picked up a knife, or a syringe of poison, and stabbed somebody with it, killing them, everyone can agree, that is murder. It does not matter if it is done to a person inside or outside of their mother, they are still a unique human being. If killing a woman whom was pregnant would be considered a double homicide, but if a woman decided to get an abortion it is not murder? Taking another human being’s life is murder, there isn’t any exception to it so we shouldn’t try to make any loopholes around it. Murder is the killing of an innocent human life. Abortion is taking away an innocent human life. Therefore, abortion is murder. Abortion is an inhumane thing to do to an unborn child while putting themselves in harm's way as well. Some Abortionist have spoken up on their thoughts on their profession and what they think about abortion and what side they’re on. When asked those questions a surprising amount of abortionist have agreed of abortion being another form of murder. Most who’ve seen it as another way of murder eventually quit their job for moral reasons and proceed a pro-life
Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy that is often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. As life begins at conception, unborn babies are human beings and thus have the right to life. The federal Unborn Victim Of Violence Act that was made to protect unborn babies from murder states that anybody intentionally killing an unborn baby should be punished for killing a human being. Abortion is a murder because it is taking away someone’s life. Even though the baby isn’t born yet, the fetus in the mother’s womb still feels pain while being aborted. No person, not even a mother, has the right to hurt someone. To keep a child, who can’t even speak, from growing and from living is a murder.
