I never had any problems with managing my own time, however, when I started working as client training administrator at Eversheds, I understood that I need to use some special techniques in order to complete so many tasks in such short time. I understood that every day has only 24 hours and no matter how busy I am, these hours not going to be longer. Observing how everyone working at Eversheds, I also understood that people who are more effective in planning their time tend to be more productive and more efficient. It was hard to learn how to prioritise, because sometimes I had many tasks and all of them were very important and urgent. However, over the time I learned to understand how to deal with different tasks and how to do them faster
Two time management procedures that I have developed are creating a daily plan and prioritizing tasks. Creating a daily plan allows me to assign priority to tasks. This practice ensures that important tasks are completed on time.
I am successful at managing my time, allocating more than enough home time for school and extracurricular functions. I have no issues with overlapping, and I never struggle to get work in on time. As a visual learner, I have a planner and task list listing all meetings, appointments, assignment due dates, and anything I need to do on the side. I consider myself a very organized person, and I often record and keep up with meeting times and various lists for my

The majority of the teens start off by applying to jobs. Having a job is a big responsibility to maintain but as well a great experience for teenagers to be exposed to. Amitai Etzioni argues in his article, “Working at McDonald’s”, teenagers should not have a part-time job while attending school because it can lead them to a wrong path in their lives, especially having a fast-food job like McDonald's.

Reflecting on time management is important due to the service users well-being and so Bach and Ellis (2011) have mentioned that in order to progress further, I need to achieve time framed tasks, valuing the importance of time is vital to developing better time management. Leading me to build confidence gradually and this also helps me work well within a team. Partaking in small group meetings to encourage my communication, linking theory to practice, also thinking before speaking, positive attitude with good breathing techniques will assist in better confidence within myself for future in practice and in university.
For me, being able to manage my time wisely is a must. Every week I have a schedule that I try to stay as close too as possible. The problem is most of the time something happens to throw me off schedule and I find myself playing catch up. If I didn’t have the schedule already in place then I would never get anything done. “ the first step toward more effective time management is to increase awareness of its value” (Lucco, 1994). Time management is a lot easier in my private life because my family understands what I am trying to accomplish. Everyday I start my assignments at 4:30 and finish at 7:30 with no distractions. They understand that if I work during the week we can play on the weekends.
While precarious work has been present in the workforce throughout history, it is only in more recent years that precarious work has become the norm for the majority of the working population. With many workers being forced to move from full time work with good pay and benefits to, part time or contract work with low pay and little to no benefits depending on their contract and employer. I will be arguing that the precariousness of work has been emerging in the past few decades, but has only in the past decade become the major issues it is today, affecting more and different groups of workers than it did in the past as a result. In order to prove this I will begin by arguing that precarious work has been a concept and a practice in our society for a few decades, yet only in the last decade or so has precarious work become the major way for workers to live, and make money. Secondly, I will argue the causes behind why increasing amounts of workers are becoming precarious in todays society. Thirdly I will argue as to why certain groups of people and jobs are more prone to precarious work compared to others. Fourthly, I will explain how workers are affected in their home life and in their working identity as a result of their precariousness. Finally I will offer my own thoughts on the issues of precarious labour.
As an individual we all have to have a better concept with time management, and how well we use it within our working lives. It is therefore very important that I try to keep to it within my working practise and look towards Maslow’s theory. Which focuses on the way that we understand our needs and differentiating them and setting time limits, on getting everything done. So that we do not enforce on after essential areas of your

Many people spend their days in a frenzy of activity but achieve very little because they are not concentrating on the right things. Plan your day well in advance. Prepare a To Do List or a "TASK PLAN". Jot down the important activities that need to be done in a single day against the time that should be allocated to each activity. High Priority work should come on top followed by those which do not need much of your importance at the moment. Complete pending tasks one by one. Do not begin fresh work unless you have finished your previous task. Tick the ones you have already completed. Ensure you finish the tasks within the stipulated time frame (Management Study Guide).
Now that I have identified the problem and its causes, I need a plan to overcome it and rid it away. How we dispose of that time is time management. It's the way we spend our time to organize and execute around our priorities. Remember just because time is intangible doesn't mean that it is not valuable. I want to teach you about the background of time management, the different styles and how to use them, and how it will change your life.
