I never had any problems with managing my own time, however, when I started working as client training administrator at Eversheds, I understood that I need to use some special techniques in order to complete so many tasks in such short time. I understood that every day has only 24 hours and no matter how busy I am, these hours not going to be longer. Observing how everyone working at Eversheds, I also understood that people who are more effective in planning their time tend to be more productive and more efficient. It was hard to learn how to prioritise, because sometimes I had many tasks and all of them were very important and urgent. However, over the time I learned to understand how to deal with different tasks and how to do them faster
