In this self-evaluation my greatest strengths are I prefer to use a computer to take notes, listening to soft relaxing music while studying, and I learn by doing something. On the other hand, my areas that need improvement are rewriting my class notes and review them before completing an assignment, studying for a test several days before the actual test date, and studying right before bedtime. What I have learned from this assessment is that I need to put more effort into rewriting my class notes. I understand repetition helps improve speed and confidence in which we learn. I know that for a fact because of the songs we hear over and over again to sing every word. I will try the repetition method of my notes to the beat of some soothing
How do you feel about the results of your self-assessment? Overall, I am pleased and surprised with the results of my self-assessment, 118/150. As I stated in my introduction, I have a degree in Spanish language and culture. Consequently, my entire life I have always attempted to submerge myself in different cultures, to truly understand them and to be acceptant of them.
•After I completed all of these self assessments quiz, I learned a lot about myself. I learned that I am more of relate to art more than science. Even though I said that I want to me a Dentist for my future, but it was just a plan. Future can be change. Something that surprised me was the knowledge quiz because the occupations that listed were mostly related to my interests.
I believe if there is a need, there must be a way to fix it. I enjoy testing different thoughts e.g. reverse the working time at night in summer to benefit from cooler environment (evaluate the net benefit of working at nights). The process of creation is strict as follow: Whenever I feel there is any needs retrieved from my personal issues, I would try to figure out whether it can be generalized into public shared issues. If so, I will come up with one or several initial option(s) that could possibly solve issues and then evaluate it/them based on my knowledge.
According to Conte, Weiner, and Plutchik, the average score for most people, regardless of age, is 8.5. My score shocked me a little because I would think I worry about death a lot but consider to this questionnaire I am not that concern. I scored a 3, it was lower than the average score that these researchers found. I believe my score was low because I am deciding to make plans for my future and if I decide to get marry and have children the will not have to worry about anything except live their life and work hard. I want to get all of my debt settled and pay out all the bills so that my family would not have to worry. I do not believe anyone would forget about me because there will always be photos and videos to remember me by whether it
Now that I have completed the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth course Crafting the Essay, I feel I have tremendously grown as a writer. Even after submitting the first assignment, I looked back at a position paper I wrote for school that I received an A+ on, yet I saw several flaws I wished I had changed.
According to Rokeach (1972) values are concerned with conduct and desired end states, Rosenfeld & Wilson (1999). On the other hand conflict is basically a clash of powers that are pushing and pulling, and, therefore, conflict is correlative to power. The consequences of negative conflict can cause low morale, low work attendance, no unity among employees, and abusing of organization policy and procedure. It can also be constructive, and provide to resolutions that lead to improved quality, problem solving, cooperation, and the strengthening of relationships and personal growth (Conflict Resolution; Control Approaches, 2015).

I believe it is important for any student who wants to do their best in a class to take a moment to evaluate their own work to determine the rate their writing is progressing and how they can continue to advance their writing. When I looked through my own work I asked myself “what have I learned this semester?” and “what do I still need to learn in order to improve my writing?”. Answering both these questions will help me with my last step of my self-evaluation, developing a plan to learn new skills.
With this paper I will attempt to argue the grade I deserve. The only chance of reasonable success in this class is by fulling participating in the course homework. Although this paper may not fully reflect my final course grade, it will be a reasonable overall self-evaluation.
The purpose of this self-evaluation letter is to consider and evaluate myself as one of group 24 members. So, I set three significant main criteria of attributes and skills, which are based on two group projects and three presentations, that they are definitely important in a group member. They are time management skill, participation, and effort.
1) How have the discussions about the many aspects of global justice helped you to develop your opinions on this topic?
Your self-assessment was very intriguing to me. At one point in my life, I shared some similar characteristics as you when it comes to the organization of my home and cleanliness. However, about six years ago my mother-in-law identified this obsessive behavior as a deterrent in my life. At the time, I did not know that the advice she was giving me had to do with blind spots; nonetheless, that is what it was. Daft (2015) defines blind spots as, “thing they (leaders) are not aware of or don’t recognize as a problems-that limit their effectiveness and hinder their career success.” (p. 101).
In Modules Four and Five we completed five self-assessments the one of the first we completed was on team effectiveness in which a scored a 68 showing I was an solid team member who was also working well as a part of an effective team. I think that is a good thing and workwise I honestly do believe that I am a part of a really awesome team. As awesome as that is there is always room for improvement. My next assessment was on How Good Are You Leadership Skills, for this I scored a 74 indicating I was well on my way to becoming an effective leader. This score kind of surprised me, seeing as though having to speak in front of people let alone group scares the crap out of me. In my head being a leader means talking in front of groups and people
The self-assessment I chose to do was on online team roles preferences self assessment. They had one in the book, Chapter 8 on pages 259-260. I prefer to do the online assessment. This one came from a website called Pscyh Test. The url is http://testyourself.psychtests.com /testid/3113.
