I believe that running is the best ways to improve a person’s overall health. Running is a great way to stay fit and burn calories while having fun. For me, I have never felt so accomplished then when I am running. I am confident in the way I look and I never have to worry about what I eat because I know I will burn it off in the next workout. I encourage others to be involved in cross country, or a running club because it is great way to get involved and make new friends.

It is one of the best ways to let out stress and anger, but in a positive, non-violent way. It also helps with improving a person’s self-esteem. Individual accomplishments such as running farther than usual, or finishing a hard workout can help a person feel a sense of pride and happiness. I am so glad to have cross country in my life because it has positively impacted my health, physically and mentally. I have created friendships that will last a lifetime and the best part is, I enjoy doing it every day. I wake up each and every day, feeling motivated and happy about how I look and how I feel. Running is easily accessible and it’s a great way to get involved and meet new people in the process. I encourage people to get out and be active, for kids and teenagers, cross country and track are great ways to get them involved in their schools and in their communities, but at the same time, it teaches them hard work and
