A weakness of mine in running is my technique. Technique is a huge area within running because a good technique helps you to run faster and more efficiently. An example of my technique being a problem in racing was last season when I got tired, my technique would get really sluggish and this would make me slow down. My problem was I was too tense in racing and it made it really hard for me to go fast because I was so tense everywhere. Since then I have improved my technique by doing a speed and technique session with Andrew Beck every week. These technique sessions have really helped me a lot with improving how efficiently I run and has helped me have a lot more successful track season.
