Running slows the effects of aging, helps you to relax and smile, makes you get better sleep and feel more energized, and keeps you safe from illnesses and other bad conditions. So next time someone asks you to go on a run, ask yourself this: Do I want to live a youthful, energy filled, happy and healthy life? Because if so, well, you know what to
