I have also operated as part of a team, for example AUQA audits, scholarship allocations, and large IT projects. Having spent most of my career working in schools and faculties I am well versed in dealing with students, general and academic staff and central units. These include timetabling, graduation, prizes and scholarships, and student and academic administration. I have also provided support to academic staff as required, for example in invigilating assessment items (including online assessment), developing course and subject proposals, reviewing Turn It In reports for potential plagiarism, and enabling advanced Blackboard
After my first year at UND, I took a CNA class and became employed at a nursing home in Menahga, where I am still working. At this job I was able to experience patient care and begin to see the benefits of helping patients improve their lives. In my time after High School I have also had many other valuable experiences. I have been a Camp Counselor at two, 1 ½ week Confirmation Camps for our church. At these camps it was mine, along with other Counselor’s responsibility to teach the younger teens about how we believe as well as demonstrate how to be respectable adults. These camps allowed me to use and develop my leadership skills and also created memories that I will never forget. I have also shadowed a few different Medical Professionals, in order to better understand the world of medicine. Dr. Dan Smith is a General Surgeon who lives and practices very near to where I live. I was able to shadow Dr. Smith for many hours and built a relationship with him. He showed me some aspects of the medical field that I may not have seen elsewhere. My life has been far from typical, but I do believe that each of my experiences has made me both a better person as well as a be
The one idea that drew me to a liberal arts college was the ability to take a wide breadth of classes from all disciplines. I hope to receive not just facts and memorization out of my education, but applications to other subjects and even daily activities. A prominent example of this is my potential major, physics. To prepare for an eventual career in the scientific field, this semester I am pursuing research in physical oceanography. Also, I joined the physics club in order to extend my learning outside the classroom, in addition to using this club as an opportunity to seek out like-minded individuals who also share a passion for science.

I also realized the importance of volunteer work and how far an availing hand could go into making the world a better place. Although I was not a trained pharmacist or a pharmacy technician, I was contributing to the healthcare team which made me excited. Also, I got familiar with drug names, usage, and dosage requirements. In my senior year of college, I worked as a microbiology laboratory student assistant. This job helped solidify my team playing and time management skills.
This essay is a reflective essay on my learning development from a young age through to my current position as a University Student. I will identify and discuss the challenge I have faced with my identity and how this has impacted on my development.
I received an acceptance from a US MD school during the 2013-2014 cycle. However, as an international student, I was required to deposit all four years’ worth of tuition in an escrow account prior to matriculation, which I was unable to do. While I was aware of the escrow requirement prior to application, I was on track to obtain permanent residency during the application year per my immigration attorney, which would excuse me from this requirement. However, given the uncertain nature of the residency process, this did not, and is yet to, happen. My family and I had recently immigrated from India, and coming up with the escrow amount was impossible at that time. Loans were also only available on a yearly cadence, not for all four years at once.
The dreaded English 102. Could this be my final English course in my career as a student? I don’t know for sure. I still need to decide what my major will be in. Hence, I have decided to get this out of the way now, I look to fine-tune my writing skills, and I expect this course to help me understand my writing style.

When it comes to my involvement at Bowling Green State University, I have been a part of a variety of different organizations. I coached youth basketball from October of 2014 until April of 2015 at St. Aloysius, located in downtown Bowling Green. Not only did this demand the completion of specific certification courses, but it required a large time commitment. As a coach, I was a part of the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). In addition to coaching, I have been a member of the Adolescent Young Adult Association (AYAA) since I arrived here in 2014. This organization is comprised of future teachers. The organization meets monthly to help prepare students for future tests and certifications. I was also a key member in founding the Men's Club Basketball team here at BGSU. This organization requires a 3.0 cumulative GPA along with an in-depth interview process in order to receive admittance. Phi Sigma Pi recognizes academic excellence through philanthropy and
