In an effort to provide the best training, coaching, and development opportunities for Rachael, I believe it would be a sound investment to pursue sending her to the courses below. I reviewed Rachael’s resume (see attached) and her professional experience appears to be exclusive to managing processes, not people. As you well know, the position of Service Director is far less process driven and I believe that’s where much of her struggles are coming from. In my opinion, she simply doesn’t have sufficient experience managing people or navigating through employment law.
