One of the assignment I chose for math was a test. I chose this assignment because one of the hardest test †hey I have ever done. Even though received a C I am still proud of it because for me it was a challenge. The assignment was about “Linear Equations, Getting m & b and Scatter Plots. The problems that are in the test is for number seven which is about how the given data represents a linear function and to complete the table of solutions and write equation. That is part of the test questions that I had for this test which at first did not know what to at first so it came back to my head and got the answer correct. In 1996 the largest population consisted of people aged 30-50, there were not as many people in the dependency load. In 2011, there were more people aged 40-65, who are getting close to retirement. After the school approved this research, all three teachers of 433 math were contacted for the possibility of the study being conducted in their classrooms. All three happily agreed to take part in this study. Approximately, three days before data collection, the teachers passed out an Opt-Out form (see Appendix I) to the students. This form allowed the students and their parents to choose not to participate in the study. All students who do not return the form participated in the Do-Now. There are three major conflicts that are present in this scenario, for example: Barb Johnson is a new hire at her current place of employment, her assistant superintendent would like her to present a curriculum change to her new colleagues, and the resistance to change expressed by the middle school teacher. Each of these issues is something a reading specialist would need to take care of in any school district.

Matthew is a conscientious, hard-working student. He has been very dedicated this year to learning each topic in the course especially programming. This level of commitment will no doubt give great dividends in the future. He is very good at meeting deadlines, and he always does his work to a high standard. All he needs now to gain endorsement in this subject is complete the externally marked Computer Science report to a high standard.

The reason for this reflection is to review what has happened in a deeper level than just summarizing what has happened over the course of this project. During the weeks learned some things, not just from the book that I was reading, but also from participating in a group. The lessons I learned led to my group being successful in the few goals that were created. All of the goals were met in different ways whether it would be just finishing the book or us getting up in front of the whole class to present the google slides that we created.

This reflection was done using the Gibbs reflective cycle. It has six steps including Description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and finally the action plan. The description section is an introduction to the contents of the reflection, ensuring the reader gets a foundational understanding of the materials. In the Feelings section, I can discuss how I felt about an incident/activity that occurred. The evaluation section allows me to assess the positives/negatives of the way I handled the situation. Then the analysis section is for me to consider steps I could take starting from now that allow me to improve. The conclusion section is for me to bring all the elements of the reflection together. Finally, the Action Plan section is there for me to decide what I would like to do in the future.

The team leader or other designated individual should upload the final group document to the ASSIGNMENTS tool located in the course website.
