My perception on nurses they are very passionate about their job and take it very serious. They know how to situations other can not. They are there to care and to comfort you. Nurses are there when your ill, take care of hygienes, give medications prescribed by the doctor, taking care of wound ,or other needed things.
There are many different types of nurses, with hospital nursing being the largest . There are also office nurses, home health nurses, occupations nurses and head or supervisor nurses. Nurses that would like to advance to higher managerial roles, taking on more responsibility as a head nurse, director and vice president. One goal of mine is accomplished which was graduate high school. Many other goals are to get into a college nursing program and to become a Licensed Practical
Nurse following a Registered Nurse. Most hospitals now want you to have your Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, so I will most likely looking into doing that. As for my long term goals I would like to finish the schooling within 7 years or less. I would like to become a traveling nurse in oncology or OB/GYN, but there are many options, after working in a certain area for a awhile. My strengths I'm a very hard worker,and I enjoy what I do. I am responsible for my actions. I am a very caring person, which helps in certain situations. I love to learn new things everyday, with the patients and other subjects. My weaknesses Public Speaking, but I took a speech class I learned that you it isn't that bad, also with my job experiences I've learned it's okay. Sometimes my time can be a weakness i spend too much time with a resident so it makes me a little behind, but I’ve learned to use time more
