If you decide to run, then you can start by running a block and assessing how well you feel after that. If that is not challenging enough, then you can increase the distance or speed in which you run.
My long-range goals and career ambitions after graduating from Butler Community College include attending Wichita State University, receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and continuing on with a career as a middle school English teacher. For the longest time I didn't have a clue of what I wanted to pursue as a career. I had planned on going to veterinarian school due to my love of animals. After nearly passing out during a surgery observation, I reconsidered my options. Through an internship program at Valley Center high school, I discovered my love for teaching. Blessed with the opportunity to work with a middle school English teacher and her classes, I was able to witness a teacher who was passionate about what she taught. She also truly cared for each one of her students and from personal experience, that is the key to being a good teacher.

Range of movement- This is linked to muscle pliability as the warmer the muscles get, the better the elasticity which enable the body to move easier and have a better range of movement around a joint. Exercise increases the production of synovial fluid at a joint, therefore keeps the joints lubricated and makes them suppler. Consequently, allowing a larger range of movement throughout the body. For example if an individual went on the cross trainer for 10 minutes and then went on to the rowing machine; they would have an increased range of movement at their joints, making it easier to exercise on that machine due to the muscles already being warmed up.
Interview Reflection To begin, horse training, I believe, is not for just anyone. In my interview, Jessica often stated that the trainer needs to be patient and confident. The trainer also needs to be prepared to change his or her plans for the horse. I do agree with what Jessica told me. I, however, do not necessarily agree that a horse trainer needs tons of money to train horses.
Physical fitness has two main classifications-performance related and health related. People have different performance related requirements in accordance with their occupation but all people have the same health related requirements (The World). Then there are two types of exercise that helps tone a person’s body while increasing its endurance. These are aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic exercise is exercise that uses the muscles and bones. Cardio activities are a good example of this, such as running or biking. This type of exercise increases the strength of a person’s heart and boosts their lung capacity. Anaerobic exercise is an intense but short amount of exercise (Payment). Since it is only for a brief amount of time, it does not require the amount of oxygen aerobic exercise does. Instead it uses glycogen which comes from the sugar in a person’s blood. An example of this exercise is weight lifting or sprinting. A person’s requires both anaerobic and aerobic exercise for good health. Simply doing a cardio work out is not healthy, and for a person to see real results there must be some activity like weight lifting (“Anaerobic”).
Adding exercises into one’s daily routines can change their whole lifestyle. Many people look at exercise as being something just for people who want to lose weight or to become muscle bound, but there are a great deal of benefits that can be received from exercising regularly. Of course gaining muscle and losing fat are the two most popular reasons that usually attract people to the gym, but they make up a small part of the potential benefits that can be achieved with exercise. There are several ways in which I have benefited in my life from exercising regularly, besides just making me bigger and stronger. It has made me become more organized, helped me make better decisions, and motivated me to take on new challenges in life.
