Life Goals
Life goal are what you dream about, what you want to achieve. They are the stars that you reach for, the opportunity that knocks only once if you don’t grab that door. Everyone has life goals even you and me, some are long term, some are short term, some are rudiment and some are a real workout. Here are some of my life goals I want to achieve: getting an Associate’s degree, Bachler’s degree, getting to go into vet school and graduate and also applying to be a veterinarian. But for my here and now goals I plan to work hard, study hard and get good grades to pass my class courses. So I wouldn’t have to do a repeat of these courses.
My first goal is to get my Associate’s degree from TCC. In addition, to that I will be transfer to Langston
Ever since I earned my GED, I've been thinking about my and my family's future; which I know I can accomplish with my husband's support. I've come up with three long-term goals that I hope to accomplish within five years.
Ever since I was young, I was exposed to a Historically Black College or University, Jackson State University. I had always went to activities and functions such as football games, summer programs, and other special events. I did not know whether I would attend a historically Black College or University (HBCU) or not at the time. I had finally decided to go to a HBCU, and I would attend Tougaloo College in the fall to further my education. I have many goals and objectives for pursing my educational experience at a historically Black College, and I plan to achieve them.
I have two Associates degrees and my goal now is to work my way through a Bachelor's in Psychology and on to a graduate degree.I enjoy people. I hope to have my own business one day. In the meantime, I enjoy helping others in my own unique way without the psych degree. Over the years I've enjoyed volunteering for the Humane Society, Horse Rescue, and Food
I am majoring in graphic design for my associate’s degree. Currently after this semester, I need twenty more credits until I complete my associate’s degree. Once I receive my associates degree, I am looking to transfer to a four year university to major in visual design to become a fashion stylist; during that time, I am hoping to be a part of an internship, studying abroad to learn more skills. Furthermore, once I have achieved in my education, I know I will be successful in pursuing my dream job.
My life is a bit of a rollercoaster. I knew what I wanted to do since a young age; however, different paths and decisions brought me to my goal in a roundabout way. After high school I decided to take time off before going to college because I was fortunate enough to have a successful career in retail management. Around the nine year mark I decided that I wanted to return to my goal of entering the medical field, which I was already in the process of doing by attending Northeastern and working towards my BS in Biological Sciences. My ultimate goal being to achieve an MS as a physician assistant. When moving into health care I started in the Urgent Care Department which was closely related to one of the fields I am interested in when practicing
Les Brown said, “Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life.” Every goal in life is determined by the actions we do now. Experiences and feeling have a lesson to teach us something new that could, later on, be applied in the future for our own good. Since I started living with my grandma when I was six years old, I had wanted to be a doctor because I wanted to help people. Activities in school are contributing their bit on the person I want to be, similarly to those special ones that will help me a lot through college too.
The idea of a lifetime goal is a difficult concept for me. I used to believe that my goal was to become a successful lawyer like the one’s on crime shows. But what is “successful”? And what happens when I do become a lawyer? Is it just, “Done. Lifetime made.”? No, a lifetime goal is so much more than that. It’s something that I am trying and will probably never stop trying to piece together.
Goals we all have them big or small, we each have something we want to accomplish, but the big question always is, how do we accomplish it. Well for me, I have goals in life daily and longer term. Daily goals would be like finish psychology paper or make it to the gym sometime today. My more long terms goals relate specifically to my college degree, such as complete college in four years, get into a good
You know why some people fail in their life? Obviously, the purpose is they don't set up goals for themselves which they should in order to succeed in their life. There are people out there that have many achievements in their lifestyle and have set their goals to fulfil them. Setting a life goal is important in order to know the concepts of what you want to be in the future, what you want to reach at, or what you want to change about yourself in order to reach a specific goal. However, I am striving for these three main goals in my life, preparing for universities, more working out to have a healthy body, and to be a successful business woman in the future.
As a senior I hope to accomplish many goals, some of them being in high school and some relating to college. A goal is an aim or a desired result, but may not always be achieved. Going into senior year I have aspirations of going to a good college and working for higher grades.
My academic goal is to graduate Argosy University with a bachelors degree in Forensic Psychology in three years time. Forensic Psychology is the study of the criminal mind, in a nutshell. The main motivation to achieve this goal would be intrinsic. I love asking questions and knowing the answers as to why people do what they do, and in a criminals case, what led them to committing the crime. This goal, however, may have some extrinsic motivation as well. Being knowledgeable about certain behaviors that criminals poses may help solve or even prevent a crime. In addition, having a degree will help open different paths in life, ones that may present me with greater job opportunities. My attitude toward the learning process will help my achievement of each goal because I am eager, determined and motivated. My greatest desire is to succeed in life, and obtaining an education is one thing I know will help me. I perhaps will need to make some adjustments along my journey. I do not know yet if I will find another educational path that intrigues me the most. For now, I do not feel that any adjustments need to be made.
The goals are a personal investment of my time, commitment, and effort in planning for my future. My goals represent a clear path with a timeframe to achieve my goals, such as completing my bachelor’s degree, attending workshops for advancing my technological skills, and obtaining a higher level position in my current workplace or finding new employment.
I have many goals in life such as to have a good strong career and family. What is important to me is graduating Central high school and go on to UND. While at UND I plan to get my nursing degree and specialize in pediatrics and truama. I have
Going to college has been a dream of mine growing up. I am the first ever in my family to go to college but figuring out how to pay for it has been a challenge. I desire to achieve my academic and career goals and this scholarship can help me succeed in my journey.
Everyone should have personal goals that evolve around anything that needs to be accomplished. I set goals on a daily basis. One goal that I seem to have not truly focused on has been my college education. Considering all things, I decided I needed to focus on my college education. The first thing I needed to accomplish was to enroll in an institution for higher learning. Now that my enrollment is complete, I am an official student at the University enrolled in the undergraduate program for business management. As a student at the university, I now have to set personal goals so that I will be successful in my endeavors. My personal goals are to gain personal growth and development and graduate from my undergraduate program in business
