Upon entering the kitchen which measured at 9 feet 1.5 inches in length and 11 feet 9 inches in width there was various items of evidence. One of the items was a disposable coffee cup measuring 6 ¾ inches in height. It was on top of the kitchen table. The lid was black and the cup was white. It had a cardboard sleeve on it with writing which read “Beat UC Davis Sponsored by ASI Causeway Classic Blood Drive October 20 & 21 10am – 5 pm University Union Ballroom.” There was blood fingerprints on it, approximately seven different fingerprints. The blood prints were only on the sleeve of the cup. Another item of evidence was a kitchen knife which was located on top of the kitchen counter. There was a red plastic trash can in the corner which measured 1ft 1inch in height contained napkins inside of it which had blood on them. There was white and brown napkins inside the trash can. There was a white Panasonic phone on the ground which measured to be 8 5/16 inches length. It had streaks of blood on the center and bottom portions of the phone. It was near the base of the phone which was also white and it was on it’s side facing up. The phone was approximately 1ft 4 1/2 inches from the south wall. On the floor where the phone and phone base there were dots and streaks of blood. On the bed there was two pools of blood. One was noticeably bigger than the other. The bigger pool of blood was darker red than the smaller one and was approximately 1ft 7.5 inches away from the south wall. The bus driver that identified Joshua and Martha, identified Erika and Benjamin as the couple they were talking to on the way to Seacret’s Club. Investigators took a closer look in at bathroom in the Sifrit’s Condominuim and noticed an orange color in the grout of the tile and orange running down the shower stale which appeared to be blood. Pulled out the sink stopper and found hair, blood and flesh. Also, underneath the stink they discovered a bullet hole that went through the wall into the adjacent bedroom. A closer look at the two spent bullets reveled they one of them had bits of drywall on it and the other had what appeared to be blood in the twisted groves. On 12/19/15, Inv. Reyer was notified by dispatch that Faulkner County S.O located the 2002 White Chevy pickup behind a church at 89 Mitchell Rd. The vehicle was then processed. Additionally, there were tennis shoes with footprints on them and some white powder was found at the crime scene as well. On April 13 at approximately 10:00pm Rupert and Rupina Clodhopper returned home to find their back patio door had been broken into. The police questioned them about the $10,000 in jewelry the kept in a wall safe. They said only six of their employees, Mike, Bob, Chris, Mary, Susan, and Jessica, knew about it. The police evidence technician team found broken glass and a glove with blood on it. The glass was from the glass window pane of the patio door. Each employee was then asked about their whereabouts during the time of the robbery and to give blood samples. The purpose of this lab is to find out who broke into the Clodhoppers home by testing the blood samples from the employees and the glove. Analysis:

With this information it would have been clear that there were two people at the scene partaking in a drug deal. The next piece of information is very important because up until this point it was assumed that only two people were at the scene that morning. While on scene I observed blood droplets in the kitchen, dining room, Living room, laundry room and a long hallway leading into the residence from the backyard. Once outside of the residence I observed further evidence of a physical confrontation, including additional blood spatter and droplets scattered throughout the yard near a burning fire where it appeared, due to multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers the subjects had been drinking.

Chris and Caren Campano had an argument one night over Chris's drug use. The neighbors all heard the argument. Both of them ended up leaving the house to cool off. The next day Chris called Caren's work to see if she showed then called the police. The police looked around the home and didnt notice any signs of violence. Chris said the house was robbed when he was out. The police noticed a brown stain on the ground and it turned out to be a large amount of blood. While searching the living room, I started in the corner by the end table where located was $95.00 in cash. I also located two straws with a white powdery substance on them, located in a medicine bottle that was labeled for the Gray subject. I was advised that where I was searching was where the Gray subject sleeps at on the couch. While I continued searching the area by the end table I also located a pile of clothes on the floor. While searching that pile of clothes on the floor, I located a black long sleeve dress shirt that had small baggy of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine in the shirt pocket. I also found another small baggy of the same white powdery substance in the jeans pocket. Both were in the same pile on the floor.

I decided to conduct my field observation in the great state of Louisiana. I had a business trip to the party capital of the world, New Orleans. The bar scene was the perfect setting to observe a diverse group of people for a long period of time without bringing attention or suspicion to myself.

This report will be separated into five parts. Part one will identify what diversity issue Sberbank CIB (UK) Ltd recently faced. Part two will identify a business case for managing diversity within Sberbank CIB (UK) Ltd, along with guidance on how strategies could be implemented to ensure further diversity cases are not brought to judgement. Part three of this report will focus on the Equality Act 2010 and identify the impact this has on Sberbank CIB (UK) Ltd.
