After taking the Jung Typology Test here are my results, Extravert (16%) Sensing (1%) Feeling (6%) Judging (41%). The test indicated that I appear to have marginal or no (1%) preference of Sensing over Intuition, characteristics of more than one personality type that may apply to me and they were: ESFJ and ENFJ. I do agree with the results of the Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test™. That I tend to lean toward the description of being an extrovert. Whenever applicable I do give generously to others when the need comes up. The test was so spot on by indicating that someone with the traits does enjoy being in charge. There are times in my life when I do enjoy being in the driver’s seat. Although I do not express much emotion when I have been wronged by others, I have mastered the art of hiding the pain that I am experiencing on the inside. For me to sum it all up in the words of Eric Samuel Timm, “An extrovert looks at a stack of books and sees a stack of papers, while an introvert looks at the same stack and sees a soothing source of escape.” Thus, in many instances in my life, I do look at a stack of books as being a stack of papers and not books at all. …show more content…

The reason why my statement is this that the behaviors that I exemplify may be the result of how I interact interactions within a situation. While wanting to master my people skills I have to build a solid foundation on when to connect, disconnect and reconnect. Among my co-workers and friends, I am known for my networking ability and public speaking skills. Also, I do find myself being able to communicate well with people and have been told that I am a natural salesperson. Not only that but I can be forceful with ideas and able to motivate others to take action. In many instances I find myself talking things out in order to understand them.
