I finally caught up to our client, Timothy Foster, near his residence in Jacksonville, Alabama. If you recall, Mr. Foster is the son of co-defendant and State Farm insured Nakeshia Foster. Mr. Foster had been very hard to get in touch with. I finally called his mother and asked her again for her help in having him contact us. We were finally able to meet at a McDonald’s directly adjacent to the sight of the accident.

On February 22, 2016, I was assigned this case for follow up. I was assigned a second case on February 24, 2016. The person involved in both investigations is Ms. Kassidy Pullara a fourteen year old T.C. Williams High School student. I contacted Doris L. Stanley (Guardian) and was granted access at school to interview Kassidy Pullara in school.
I got used to the idea that I was a worthless person that would be lucky enough to own a house at all. I had nobody show me any difference of my future not being the struggle the rest of my family had. I met a man who had been through hell and back with the child abuse as a child to the horrifying cancer pain. Mark Rongstad, taught me that it does not take intelligence taught in school to become successful. He worked for a construction sheet metal company and worked his way up from the bottom, all the way to head supervisor. He made a lot of money To be successful, it takes hard work and dedication in a focused path. Now I have hope in my future ss I bring confidence into my work. I take pride in everything I do to get a good result. I will
Americans hear about all sorts of murders on the news almost every day. It is not strange for us. However, murder of two young children by their own mother is astounding news. In the case of Susan Smith, no matter how she claims she was not in her right mind that night she murdered her children, she is definitely not a victim. There are many alternatives to relieving your duty as a mother. Murder should not be on top of a mother’s list even if she was mentally ill.
After a thorough investigation of the system within DCF, it is seen that the common misconceptions stating DCF are at fault for children experiencing troubling abuse/neglect can be disproved. To the average eye, every time a story is published in the media bashing DCF, it makes it easy to point fingers. However, in order to attain full knowledge of what actually happens, a closer look at the system itself is required.
Out of all homicide cases in the US, about one third of them end up unsolved. The unfortunate murder of 'The Boy In The Box' is no exception. The spine chilling case of 'The Boy In The Box' is about the devastating death of a little boy found in Philidelphia and no one knows who or what killed him. The mysterious death left many investigators baffled about who the boy was and how he died. Many people from different places developed their own theories to conclude his death, but like any other theories, there's always something that disproves them.
The article “The Crimes of Children” written by Dylan Walsh essentially discusses a immense problem involving our youth and how they are tried for their heinous crimes. Walsh brings in presumably substantial information that has impacted actual people to give the audience an idea of what these children have gone through. The children that make one small mistake get persecuted for the rest of their lives. He makes a case that the transgressions the children commit impact their lives permanently. With records left out for the world to see, moving on is not very simple for them.
As examining the boy closely, an abundance of evidence was gathered. Stated in the article, “The boy was described as having blue eyes, fair complexion and medium to light brown crudely cut hair. His nails were noted as being neatly trimmed. He had deep bruises covering much of his body and face and experts speculate that due to the cold weather, the child may have been lying in that box between 2-3 days to 2 to 3 weeks”(“The Boy in the Box”). After realizing

The controversial issue of whether or not Child Protective Services are doing their jobs properly, has grabbed nationwide attention. Child Protective Services is the name of a government agency in many states of the United States whose mission is to respond to reports of child abuse and neglect. Some of these cases may include physical abuse, sexual abuse, and mental abuse (Wikipedia). The child welfare system is corrupted. The parents and guardians who are accused of abuse are automatically labeled as guilty and will have to prove their innocence; instead of being innocent until proven guilty.
Joe was raised by a physically abusive father who abused him throughout his childhood. With this factor in Joe’s life, a cycle of violence has been developed where he now abuses his own children and shows heavy jealousy when his wife, Mary, tries to breastfeed their six month old son. Mary grew up with an insecure mother and she has taken this trait and incorporated it into her adult and married life. Despite being warned by those around her that Joe needs help, she carries on the relationship with Joe possibly because of her insecurity. She may be of the persuasion that she will not be able to find another husband especially since her mother told her that ‘men cannot love’ and this is her second marriage. She may be afraid to leave or get
Child abuse is a serious crime, whereas the abuser “acts out of commission.” According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , this is defined as the act of being “deliberate and intentional.” Unfortunately, it was no accident for Gabriel Fernandez, who was tortured to death by his biological mother and boyfriend. Court reports indicated the 8-year-old boy was doused with pepper spray, forced to eat his own vomit and cat feces, and locked inside a kitchen cabinet with a sock stuffed in his mouth to silence him. On May 24, 2013, paramedics arrived to a 911 call from Gabriel’s mother Pearl, as they first saw Gabriel unresponsive and laying down naked in the bedroom with a fractured skull, burns to his body, three broken ribs and BB pallets were found inside his lungs and groin. Remorsefully, Gabriel had passed away two days later. Despite the facts stated by Statistic Brain, yearly 681,000 children in the United States are abused and four children each day loses their lives, there are many parents who still believes harsh physical punishment is the only effective method way to get children to behave. Some, do not see anything wrong with this and others have a mindset of “showing who’s the boss” standing the ground as an authority figure. Soumya Manna from India says:
