On November 22, 1963 John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. He was traveling through Dallas in a parade and was sitting in the back seat of an open convertible car with his wife. A bullet struck the president and killed him causing great grief in America. Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for the murder of the president, JFK. For 52 years people have questioned the facts surrounding the assassination. Did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone, or is there a conspiracy? I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone and the facts were covered up in a conspiracy. First, evidence has been discovered that the Mafia hired Oswald and others to shoot JFK. According to historynewsnetwork.org, “the mob was behind the execution of

James, a mafia hit man, was aired nationally on Newsmax TV in November 2014 stating that he worked along with Mob members and that he is the one that shot Kennedy from the grassy knoll in Dallas. In the documentary “I Killed JFK”, Files says “I squeezed off my round. I hit him and blew his head backward," Files said of the single shot he fired that fateful day. James Files, also known as Jimmy Sutton, worked under mobster Charles “Chuckie” Nicoletti. He was a member of a mob organization who also believed that JFK and Robert Kennedy were targeting organized crime. Files, Nicoletti and mobster Johnny Roselli, were in Dallas on the day Kennedy was assassinated. Files described in detail his location during the parade. He also described looking through his scope, "I was aiming at his right eye. When I pulled the trigger it was almost like looking from six feet away through the scope.” The documentary presents a lot of other evidence that Kennedy’s assassination was not the work of a lone gunman and Files’ account is more credible than the official version by the Warren Commission. Files also stated “Oswald never fired a shot.” James Files was not paid for his interview and is currently serving jail time at the Danville Correctional Center in Danville, Ill for attempted murder of two police officers during a roadside shootout in …show more content…
The Mafia hired Oswald and others to carry out the assassination. James Files confessed to being involved with other mobsters with details as far as himself being the shooter in the grassy knoll. Physical evidence of the trajectory of the bullets and bullet holes prove that shots were not all fired from the book depository building. With all of this research and evidence, I believe that John F. Kennedy was assassinated by the mafia because he and his brother, the Attorney General, were cracking down on organized
Who killed John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States of America? We, the people, may never know the actual truth, but I am here to tell you what I believe happened on November 22nd, 1963. Many people believe that Lee Harvey Oswald acted solely in the assassination of JFK, but I have to believe that there were more people than him involved into the assassination plan and it is much more deeply planned than a solo mission. Although I can’t pinpoint exactly who else was involved, there are quite a few things to support my belief that this assassination was not carried out single handedly such as the umbrella man, the “Grassy Knoll”, the Mob, Castro’s planned revenge, and the CIA. These theories make me believe in general that Oswald did not act alone, and it may be much deeper than any United States citizen had expected.
The assassination of John F. Kennedy is one of the most controversial and debated topics in American History. JFK was one of the most beloved presidents of our time. One article of his death wrote, "The day the country cried". Unlike previous presidential assassinations, the JFK assassination is one that is filled the conspiracy theories. Such theories include a Government cover-up, Mafia influence and Cuban President Fidel Castro. The idea of a lone mind, Lee Harvey Oswald, plotting to kill President Kennedy is too simple. In the eyes of scholars there is simply no way that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. Even with the growing number of bogus theories, there are a number of logical theories that do hold water. In this paper I will discuss
The 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination was commemorated on November 22, 2013. President Lyndon B. Johnson created the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The final report presented by the commission claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in killing the president. (Wikipedia, 2013). This report has proven to be highly controversial among citizens. There have been many theories as to who killed Kennedy, why they did it, and from what location. There are some theories that are more prominent than others such as: The CIA, The Mafia, The anti-Castro Cubans, a man from the Secret Service, and Lee Harvey Oswald. There are other theories believing that Lyndon B. Johnson and UFO specialists may have been involved. Each one of these theories will be explored throughout this paper.
I think that Oswald was part of a bigger conspiracy because no one believes that it was only Oswald that killed JFK because how can you fire a sniper four times in a row. The gun will move each time the gun is fired. But I don’t think it was Oswald because after you just killed someone how can you just be eating lunch as calmly wouldn’t he feel guilty for killing a man like JFK. I think that Oswald didn’t kill him because if he killed someone wouldn’t he try to get away. Honestly it had to more than him or it had to be another large conspiracy and he was apart of it. When he was arrested and was taken to the court I think that the guy that killed was part of the conspiracy with Oswald but he killed so that Oswald wouldn’t tell anyone about
Now so why did jack ruby kill oswald it could be he was upset or he was in on it. I think he was in on it. Because he met up with oswald 2 weeks before the assassination. So I think they were discussing the assassination. So that made me start thinking was Jack e of the mobsters who shot kennedy. And maybe he was worried that oswald would spill ot the truth, so he shot him.
There are tons of conspiracies of the JFK assassination we need to find out what really happened. Who really killed him and had something to do with it we don't know many people could have had something to do with the assassination and setting it up either Oswald killed Kennedy, with or without associate's, or he was set up in advance to take the blame. Was it the umbrella man, was it the mob, was it the government, or was it Lee Harvey Oswald himself? We don’t know, there are so many theories about what really happened.
mob killed Kennedy in revenge and also to stop the attorney general's campaign ("Did the Mafia
Pro-conspiracy groups are in agreement with one theory; the United States government covered up the truth of the assassination. The premise of a government conspiracy to cover up of the assassination is laden with insufficient evidence and unproved theories. The truth of the matter is President Kennedy was assassinated by the lone gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald.
A brief history of the investigations of the JFK murder is required to be able to understand the timeline of events. On November 22, 1963 John F Kennedy was assassinated. Seven days later, Lyndon B Johnson authorized the Warren Commision to perform an investigation of JFK’s murder. After about a year of investigation, the commission determined that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in killing the president; however, this lead to many conspiracy theories about JFK’s death. One popular theory,
In 1787, our founding fathers sat down to write, what came to be the longest surviving written charter of government, the constitution. Some might argue the constitution was flawless; however it did leave the issue of slavery to be unattended and unresolved until 1820. As tensions rose between the pro-slavery and anti-slavery states, compromises such as the, Missouri Compromise, Compromise of 1850, and the Kansas-Nebraska Act only temporarily settled debates that would eventually send the United States tumbling into Civil War.
The assassination of John F. Kennedy is said to be, as from the Warren report, a murder. The Warren report states that a man, Lee Harvey Oswald, fired 3 shots from the 6th floor of the Texas Book State Depository building. One missed the President’s motorcade completely; another hit President Kennedy in the neck, and the last hit him in the head, which was later said after an autopsy, to be the cause of death.
Teacher and student access to websites, blogs, and Google Classroom will continue to increase communication between parents and the school. Formative assessment tools can also support parent involvement by connecting parents to student data. Learning platforms like Google Classroom will allow learning to move beyond the school walls, allowing teacher/student communication after school, on weekends, and during school breaks
Many conspiracy theories have tried to explain who was responsible for Kennedy’s murder and some have cited the involvement of the USSR, FBI, CIA and Cuba among others. The death of Kennedy remains a mystery despite numerous investigations which have since been carried. There have been no conclusive prove that Oswald murdered the president and even if he did, people still do not believe that he acted alone as reported by the Warren Commission.

In this Class, I expect to achieve high school level work or just be able to learn enough to go into high school and feel prepared. My goal is to be a good student by participating in class discussion and working as hard as I can to achieve an A grade. I enjoy speaking aloud in class, I'm a good listener and I like to write because it challenges me, makes me use my brain and is also super fun too. As for reading, I like to read but only if it's a good book or were reading
