Typically, the method includes a rating scale, such as a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is the worst performance and 5 is the best. I will then have an informal meeting with the staff, to recap of the three key behaviors needed to keep our company successful and coach them of how they should carry out the behavior. Finally a feedback will be given after sometime and reinforcement based on employees behavior.
