In my opinion, the thing I would love to change In my life this year Is that I want my dad to understand and not to put me down and not think nothing bad of me as an embarrassment In what I mostly want to be In the future which Is to be a barber/cosmetologist I've been wanting to be one since a kid that's all I would bring up to my parents In my perspective to me I think they would say under their breath she Is not gonna get to that goal she Is not gonna reach that I also want my mom to think better of me not to think of her daughter of “ Oh she was born in the streets of Los Angeles and a typical Chola so she Is probably gonna get pregnant at 16 and dropout of high school” I want her to think better of me and not negative, I want her to think
Obtaining a college degree is such an important step in life that it has become a central part of the “American Dream”. Go to college, get a job, buy a house, and raise a family. It may not always be that simple, but it all starts with your college education.
I want to achieve equal dental health care for everyone no matter their financial status. Even people in third world countries should be given access to free dental health care, so that their quality of life can improve.
There is nothing glamorous about putting on scrubs everyday but it is beautiful to be an integral part of a patient taking an interest in their health. The oral cavity is intricately associated with the rest of the body and a fundamental, but often forgotten part of overall health. As a dental hygienist I have the opportunity to educate and help people improve or maintain their periodontal health. I would like to transfer because I have a huge desire to educate future registered dental hygienists and by continuing my education I will be equipping myself to be a stronger leader and mentor for students. Dental hygiene is my passion and my desire is to share my enthusiasm for dental hygiene with future generations of dental hygienists. The
Have you ever had a job that you wanted so much and dreamed of it.The career that I would like to be is a barber. That career is about cutting hair or styling hair.It is also about styling beards or cutting them.Becoming a barber requires solid education/training and unique traits.
From a young age, I have always wanted to understand other people’s thoughts and feelings. As I have grown older, I have grown even more curious about not only understanding people, but learning how to help them. With this guiding me, my future career goal is to become an Occupational Therapist. Occupational Therapists work with a wide variety of people to help them overcome obstacles in their lives in order to achieve a better quality of life. I specifically hope to work with young children, adolescents, and teens who suffer from emotional, mental, or cognitive impairments. This is due to growing up in a family who fostered challenged children, having siblings with their own challenges, and having many young friends who could have benefitted
Going to school was not always at the top of Natalie’s favorite things to do list. With a full schedule of AP classes in high school, she thought what was the point in continuing her education However, now she now takes pride in going. Now she’s on her way to learn the tedious and important job of becoming a surgical technologist.
I want to be a medical assistant because I love helping people and I want to make a difference. I hope my smile will be contagious and actually help someone through their day. There is so much hurt and pain in the world and too many people turning their backs on each other. A little kindness, happiness, and love can go a long way. I may only be me, but I refuse to give up and sometimes it only takes one to make a difference. I will strive to be the best and expect more. Patients need more than a treatment plan because they also need to be surrounded by hope, confidence, and respect. I want others to not be afraid to lead by example and prove that being a CMA (AAMA) is the greatest medical profession one can be. Becoming a Certified Medical
I am going to be talking about,"Why i want to become a cosmetologist." I also will be explaining what i would love to learn. As a little girl,i always was interested in hair and make-up.I think to become a cosmetologist you have to really be interested in doing it.
Like other freshmen in college, it was difficult for me to adjust to college atmosphere. Once I comprehended how significant it was for me to get into graduate school I went to tutoring, assembled study groups, and fixed my concentration on my academics.
If there's anything I want to change this year is to have better grades! I know I can have a 4.0 I just need to try harder in my classes. I use to have better grades in middle school then high school but that needs to change. This year I want to become a better volleyball player, I may not be the best but I can be with practice just keep on practicing and never quit that shows a lot of character into someone. Just this year I want it to be better and wonderful, I'm turning 15 this year my quinceanera is less than 2 months away and I'm super excited! I also want to interact more with the world, being on my phone is a problem. I want to change that, get distracted by doing exercise, playing softball with my brother, anything to get me away from
At this point in time reflecting on my past experiences I think the first thing I would do differently with my life is believe in myself and not doubt my decisions or my looks. Growing up I have always been made to feel ashamed of my dark skin, my bigger body and my hispanic heritage because it was different from what society had taught me and my family. If I knew no one would judge me I would embrace the darker pigmentation of my skin, accept my body for how it is and wear my heritage with pride. During the summer might go out swim Instead of staying inside and worrying about getting a little bit darker; I would stop wearing long sleeve shirts on the hottest day to avoid having people see the darkness of my skin. I would wear red lipstick
I would like to change myself. I would have positive thinking, for example, from a big family they said about me that I cannot study from the abroad. I think their comments are my inspiration. I will fight and compete with only myself and do not compare with others. When people do their best even the results are good or do not good. They will be proud with it. Also, I cannot go back in the past and change, but I have to move forward and learn from the mistaking, which happened in myself.
Applying to college can be a daunting experience, particularly for one whose academic career was interrupted during high school. However, it was this interruption, and what followed, that has allowed me to set goals for myself, both academically and professionally. Having been in psychiatric hospitals and dealing with mental health conditions, I have witnessed firsthand how those with mental illnesses and emotional difficulties are among the most underserved in our society. My goal in life is to make a difference to someone that is struggling, much like I have. I plan to reach this goal by earning a degree in psychology, and pursuing a professional career as a mental health counselor.
On this particular day, I sit at my dining room table writing about myself hoping that one hundred years from today somebody is reading this. I am seventeen years old, a sister of two and daughter of my parents. My family consists of three dogs, two turtles, one bunny, and three guinea pigs additionally. I am currently an early high school graduate just awaiting graduation day. I love playing sports with my dad, but I fancy design and creativity . I am the oldest kid in my entire family plus will be the first one to graduate from high school. All the pressure is on me not only for the reason that I have to set an instance to my younger sister and brother but as well as my younger cousins. Have you ever been in this position? All you want
Ever since I was young, I have admired intricate buildings and structures. I have always appreciated a nice, well thought out home because I do believe home is where the heart is. I have done lots of research on architecture, and what it takes to become an architect. I am naturally drawn to this career because it requires lots of creativity and an eye for design. Being an architect also allows you to interact with people, which is important to me because I am a social person. It also is a steady job and brings in a good salary.
