From getting their name on a sewing machine AC/DC was a pretty good band. AC/DC wore school uniforms when they performed. When their lead bon scott died everyone thought AC/DC was done but AC/DC pulled threw and kept going. AC/DC had a huge impact on rock’n roll. AC/DC won 14 awards, and was inducted into the grammy hall of fame. This is why they were one of the best bands of the 20th century.

The band has been around for more than 40 years and has been globally recognized as one of the most influential band to the pop culture of rock and roll. “Sweet Child O’ Mine” is a song created by the band known as Guns N’ Roses or GNR. Guns N’ Roses is a metal, rock group. Their band consists of members, Axl Rose (vocals), Duff McKagan (bass guitarist), Slash (lead guitarist), Izzy Stradlin (rhythm Guitar), and Steven Adler (Drummer). Guns N’ Roses performs classic Rock N’ Roll and Metal. In 1985, the band formed in Los Angeles, California and were not very popular the year that they formed. Axl dropped out of high school with a police record and then formed the band. Axl found the original rhythm guitarist, Izzy Stradlin, and together they formed a band. They became more popular around 1986 when they got signed to Geffen Records. The name comes from the lead singer Axl “Rose” and the band’s starting guitarist Tracii “Guns.” After approximately three months, Tracii Guns was replaced by Slash, who became the lead guitarist. This band has a conflicting name because guns usually represent violence and roses a sign of peace and love. Guns N’ Roses released six studio records that have sold over 100 million records

Because Nirvana was so huge, the band empowered teenagers in small towns to learn to play and form bands themselves. Cobain himself was not the best guitarist. He wasn’t technological or a great soloist, but he played with such charm and expression that proved you don’t need to be talented to play music and this opened music up for many others. Nirvana also reminded rock how it was supposed to be performed. Instead, they had a more artistic direction. Their willingness to be creative and experiment with different sounds led them to be one of the most successful bands in music history.

Music makes the human body feel rewarded. When you start to hear a song or beat that is catchy, you either sing along or move with it. Rock and roll evolved around the 1950’s and this music made people want to sing along and move. But instead of the music, bands were more worried about their makeup and their love lives, this is when GNR(Guns N’ Roses) came into play. GNR joined together in the 80s, and they still play their music at shows, concerts, and other big events until this day. GNR wanted to make a move forward in rock and roll due to the pitty music that they have been listening to, and they succeeded.

The band has sold over 75 million records worldwide. This proves that they were one of the best-selling music artists in history and since the band’s breakup, they are often considered as one of the greatest artists of all time. Two live and two studio albums have also reached the number one place on the Billboard 200 chart.
