As we know, there have been many celebrated and renowned people who received this fame due to their great works. For instance, Dr. Martin, George Washington. In the same way, a great creative writer George Saunders was born in 1985, who became popular because of his creative writing.

Crispus Attucks played an important role in events leading up to the American Revolution and because of his courageous acts at these events, Crispus Attucks should be viewed as a hero. To begin, Crispus Attucks was the first African American to die at the Boston Massacre. He was the one that initiated the confrontation and with this courage Attucks began his story as a hero.

Dred Scott, and his wife had once belonged to army surgeon John Emerson, who bought him from the Peter Blow family of St. Louis. After Emerson died, the Blows apparently helped Scott sue Emerson’s widow for his freedom, but lost the case in state court. Which was because Mrs. Emerson left him with her brother John Sanford. Whose name was misspelled in court papers. He was a New York citizen. Scott sued again in federal court, claiming Missouri citizenship. Scott’s lawyers eventually appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Not only was being black a severe problem for Baldwin, but also realizing that he was gay which consequently led him to fear for his life even more. America is a country that allows those who live there to express and live the life they were given, but when there are people out there who try to break them down it becomes a struggle.
