Health is the state of having a balanced life in several categories . Some of these categories are physical, emotional, social, mental, spiritual, and environmental health. When I am asked to evaluate my own health, I decide that it's not very healthy. First of all, I don't get enough sleep which in result makes me stressful and effects my health. Secondly, my diet is not always balanced as it should be. In other words, I don't get all the nutrients that I need and I eat fast food sometimes. Thirdly, I don't exercise a lot but I walk for about 30-40 minutes on school days. Lastly, school work make me stressed and often effects my social life.
By looking at what different people say about health, it is clear that each one look at it differently. Therefore, there are many ways to define health. When we look at health, all physical, intellectual, emotional and social aspects should be considered because they all affect our health equally. Health can be defined in many ways, positively, negatively and holistically. It depends on how the individuals look at their health and how concerned they are about it. Our state of healthiness will depend on many things such as where do we live, what job do we do, what do we eat, who are our friends and everything else related to our lifestyle. Our choice about our lifestyle can make a difference to our health. If we are interested enough in ourselves, we can improve our own health. Some people think, that it depends only on the health care we obtain; however, it doesn't only depend on this. It is connected to our lifestyle as well.

Connecting consumers to reliable health care information or health care providers can be challenging for any institution. At the current time, there are two popular methods that allow consumers to access health care. One method to obtain reliable health-related information is through an electronic web-based resource. The other option, if a consumer prefers to see a health care provider in person, is through a walk-in clinic. Utilizing these resources allows the consumer to see a health care provider for acute and minor illnesses or obtain detailed information and potential treatment options via the internet. After completing the self-health assessment with my health partner, it was obvious that nutrition was where he needed the most improvement. My health partner is a 20-year-old male, he is a construction worker and typically works 10-12 hour shifts 5 times a week. Most of the time his job sites are not local, he often stays out of town causing him to eat out at least 6-10 times a week if not more. Due to working long hours five days in a row many weeks it is not uncommon that he drinks at least 3 energy drinks a day. I had a tie for my two highest categories being physical health and spiritual health.
