On 08/09/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 11512 West 65th Street for a vandalism complaint. I spoke to Karen Pierce who made the following statement. Karen was walking outside and saw that the post lamp at the end of the driveway was knocked over. The post lamp was attached to a brick pillar next to the drive to light of the driveway. the post lamp was knocked over with a large cement block that was next to the driveway. I arrived and noticed the cement block was on the ground next to the post lamp. I took photos of the damage and will place onto a compact disk as evidence. Karen said she did not have security cameras on her property. There are no suspects at this time. No further information at this time.
On 04/19/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 24010 West 105th Street South for a runaway complaint.
On 7-12-2016 at about 0124 hrs I was dispatched to the Farrell Construction Site at 1919 Howard RD for the report of a commercial burglary in progress. Enroute dispatch advised that they had been contacted by Secure Pacific, who were advising that they had live offsite video of a possible commercial burglary in progress at the listed address. In addition, they advised that the live video feed showed two subjects on the northeast corner of the secured grounds. I knew from prior respondes to the location that the construction site was completely fenced by an about 8 feet high chain link fence with barb wire in several areas. Also, the site had "no trespassing" signs posted around it, all of which I observed again today. Further, that the construction
On 06/21/2016, I Deputy Daniel Pruitt a certified deputy with the Creek County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the Sapulpa Police department. I was advised a female was in custody and wanted to file a assault report.
Mr. Letter stated on the night on February 14, 2016, during the hours of 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM, unknown subjects came on the property and dug up the park grass. He stated he realized this incident at approximately 8:00 AM on today’s date. He advised he the last time he checked the state property was on February 14, 2016 at approximately 4:30 PM. He could not provide any further information at this time.
Yesterday 12/19/2015 around 11:25AM Amazon associate Aris Mordan came to S/O Frank Grieco on her lunch break to report one of her headlight from the back of her White Cadillac came out in B Lot. S/O Frank Grieco went outside with Ms. Mordan to take pictures and more information on how this could have happened. The assumption by Ms. Mordan was that someone must have hit her car or had been messing with it to take it out purposely. S/O Grieco then came to the control desk to notify S/S Brendaly Sepulveda about this incident that occurred. S/S Sepulveda then began to investigate and discovered from the wind being so strong it blew the headlights right off the vehicle. Having proof S.S Sepulveda felt confident to provide Ms.Mordan the evidence
Upon arrival, I made contact with the resident and complainant, Shon William Smathers, in front of the half-way house. Smathers advised me that he observed two male subjects drive up to the residence and exit their vehicle. Smathers stated that one subject entered the backyard and removed a small, pink BMX bicycle that was missing a front tire. Smathers also observed the same subject remove a beach cruiser bicycle that was gray/ silver in color. Smathers did not have the serial numbers for the bicycles, nor did he know what model they were.
On 3/9/16 at 5:45 P.M, Amazon Associate (A/A) Rocio Arias (rocia) called security’s office phone and notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera about some damage that she found on the front bumper of her white FX 35 Infiniti. A/A Arias advised S/S Cabrera, that she was parked in A- Lot 1 by the entrance of the parking lot. A/A Arias also stated that she didn’t notice the damage until she left work at 3:30 P.M. Upon reviewing the video surveillance system, S/S Cabrera discover that the Amazon Associate’s vehicle appear to be damage when she entered for work.
On 07/11/2016 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to St. John's Hospital in Sapulpa for a dog bite complaint.
Suspect #1 then crouched down and entered the business through the smashed door window. Suspect #1 was seen entering the manager’s office on camera #7. Suspect #1 turned on the light and was wearing clothes and a black ski mask, which had circular holes for the eyes and mouth. Suspect #1 went through the file cabinet and ultimately left the office with the cash registers. Suspect #1 exited the office and made a left turn toward the kitchen area and out of sight of camera #7. Suspect #1 was then seen leaving through the front east door of the business with the cash registers. Suspect #1 returned to the vehicle which drove north out of the view of camera #1. The outside video surveillance footage was unable to capture the vehicle’s license plate number.

Windham stated that around 0800 hours he received a call about his neighbors mailbox being knocked down. Windham stated the homeowner at the residence was out of town. Windham stated that the mailbox was not like this on 08/09/2017. Windham spoke with the resident at this address and informed them that a report would be done. Windham was given a card with my badge number and case number to give to the resident. Nothing further at this time.
