R/s it was reported that Elian’s (6) stepbrother (11) forced his penis in her mouth. R/s there was a second incident when the stepbrother licked Elian’s vagina and butt. R/s Kacie (mom) made a report to Chester County Sheriff’s Office regarding the sexual assault.
