Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. The mother exited the house and was asked if she drove the vehicle. She related the car is hers but no one has driven the car for a few days. I advised the marks are identical to the other vehicle that was parked and struck. The female Jacqueline SOLIMINI stated the car wasn't moved and the damage has been on her vehicle for some time. I informed her that I have her mirror for her car in my possession. That the mirror was knocked off her car and remained on the scene. SOLIMINI denied the vehicle being driven and stated if it's just going to be some tickets to send them to me.

This officer responded to Priced Rite Tree Service in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, this officer contacted Middleborn, who advised they just noticed their 1988 Chevrolet black pickup was missing. Middleborm advised the vehicle was stolen sometime within the last 3-4 days. Middleborn stated an employee was supposed to take the vehicle in for repairs. Middleborn stated he called the company and learned the vehicle was never dropped off. Middleborn stated he spoke with his employee and learned the employee thought the vehicle was already in for repairs and did not check with anyone.

On 03/25/17 at approximately 1148 hrs, I heard OFC Christensen advise that he was enroute to Fuego for a possible robbery that had just occurred. OFC Christensen’s primary assignment is a Auburn Police Department Mall Officer, for the Outlet Collection Mall. The Mall is located is at 1101 Outlet Collection Way, which is located in the City of Auburn, County of King, and State of Washington. A few minutes later, OFC Christensen advised that the suspects were two young Hispanic Females and possibly a male. He also advised that the suspects were still inside the mall and that Mall Security and he were trying to locate them. Several Officers began responding the mall to assist OFC Christensen.

On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.

On February 20, 2017 an initial assessment was conducted from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Instruments used were the Juhnke-Balkin Life Balance Inventory,and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
