To the right isn’t really Reisterstown anymore, it’s another nobody town, but turn left and you’ll see everything. There are houses on the right, a high school on the left, but you don't look at either because you're too afraid of hitting, said high schoolers jaywalking in the middle of the road. You stop at the stoplight and there are mini marts, vape shops, and gas stations. The high school is Franklin Sr. High School, you’ll see the kids flooding to the McDonalds next door, or Burger King across the street. You're comfortable enough to keep living there, but uncomfortable with everything else that's around you. That’s Reisterstown in a nutshell, I was uncomfortable with everyone looking at me, but comfortable enough to keep living there for as long as I did. However, there was some comfort in knowing that I would always have friends in Reisterstown, the very few that I made on my own. There was some comfort in the close knit ties that was the town, and how no matter where I went, there was always a familiar face, whether I liked them that much or not. I know that there is no such thing as a perfect home, there will always be something negative going on within it, whether I want to admit it or not.
