The diagnoses I would classify for Kesha is depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Why I would classify Kesha with depression is due her little interest in her business degree, her change in appetite, and being absent from work multiple times (American Psychiatric Association, 2013). To support this diagnoses, Kesha stated that she has been experiencing these symptoms for over the past two weeks. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (2013), it states that clients diagnosed with depression, experiences symptoms for less than two weeks (APA, 2013, p. 93). In regards to Kesha’s anxiety, she reported that she is experiencing sleeplessness and constant headaches. Also, Kesha is displaying irritability towards

The QSEN KSAs support my project in several ways. The “knowledge” KSA supports the teaching sheet because explaining that our unit has a teaching gap helped the nurses understand the need for the teaching sheet. It was easy for them to understand how it would positively impact diabetic patients’ health. In regards to the “skills” KSA, I am just finishing the messaging and the layout of the teaching sheet. Sandy has been instrumental in guiding me. Also by the end of this coming week, I will be working with staff to find ways to work it into our unit workflow. This supports the project because, without these implementation steps, the teaching could not be produced. The “attitude” KSA supports the project because the earlier recognition

Kaya has demonstrated behavioral characteristics of both major depressive disorder as well as borderline personality disorder. She has experienced a series of depression, suicidal tendencies, and mood changes. Kaya meets most of the criteria for major depressive disorder. But some of her symptoms resemble borderline. Her lack of mental health resources due to her location may also be a contributing factor.

Hello, Tim thank you for your interpretation of how Martin should deal with the property rights. I was under the same impression that the right to ownership would be able to be passed on to the son. However as Brian pointed out in his response that this would transfom the joint residency to a residency in commom which was not stipulated. Upon inspection I was able to confirm this by looking at an article from Indiana Law Review about how Martin still has a claim to the entierty of the property(Orth, 2012, p.490).
Erika prefers to do everything by herself rather than relying on someone. For example, she finds additional jobs to secure her life when she needs more money. In contrast, Kenta does not hesitate to borrows money from his friends. Sometimes, he didn't even return the money. How can he represent himself so confident and he can avoid burdens?
This communication process had a rocky start. Built originally on a time-expense model, partnerships between divisions were strained due to conflicts over time and resource allocations. The company ultimately placed the head of P&C as the new leader of IS. This helped create a user orientation within IS and established good relationships with other divisions.

In reading the first article Coach Knight: The Will to Win, I found the article found Coach Knight to be very offensive and mean to his players. Coach Knight did not display good leadership skills. According to the article, Coach Knight’s drive and passion for excellence was not always received as well as his record of wins and losses Snook, Per low, Delacey, 2005).
