Research Paper There are many majors out there and tons to choose from. Many students in high school by now have an idea on what they’re interested on becoming. I’ve been interested in becoming a register nurse because it doesn’t take that much time. You only need your bachelor’s degree and that only take 4 years. If I were to ever become a nurse, I would go to David Lipscomb because it has a really good nursing program. 80% of students graduated from the program in 2015. The college entrance requirement is 3.0 or higher GPA and 25 or higher ACT. The average starting salary for a register nurse in the United States is $71,000 per year.
