Effective communication is also about communication with relatives, colleagues and other professionals to create a safe, welcoming and valuing work environment (3).

Face-to-face communication contribute to the successfully communication as well. Rick et al. (2009) found that because face-to-face communication is produced in real time, speakers have direct feedback on how their message is being understood as it is being delivered. When working within a school environment you have to have effective communication and also show you have strong communication skills to convey to the other people within the environment that you are approachable. You need to make sure all the individuals feel valued and secure. However you also need to set clear ground rules for effective communication and this will develop a mutually effective relationship. Effective communication is important in developing positive relationships with children, young people and adults alike. It is the central key to establishing and maintaining such positive relationships. It means listening, questioning, understanding and responding to match each individual’s stage of development, their age, personal circumstances and their needs. A) Explain why effective communication is important in developing positive relationships with children, young people and adults.

Through studying immigration statistical data, it has been found that the highest percentage of mexican immigration has occurred on the most recent decades. However, there was a high percentage of mexican immigration on the years of the 1920s and the 1940s. These two decades were having an increase in mexican immigration due to the establishment of the Bracero Program. This program was started during the 1920s and again in the 1940s, but was later stopped in the 1960s. Between and after, these time periods, Mexican immigration into the United States was almost non-existent. After an increase in the 1920s, there was a tremendous decrease in the 1930s only to increase again in the 1940s. Then in the 1950s there was a huge decrease in the rate of Mexican immigrants entering the United States. Mexican immigration began to have an increased number of border crossings and travel into the United States after the economic crisis in the 1970s. From this decade to present day, mexican immigration in the United States is only doubling each decade. Between these time periods, however, there was almost no significant amount of immigration. The years of low rate of mexican immigration were in the 1930s, 1950s, and the 1960s.

According to Black (2009: 2), accounting can be defined simply as the recording, summarizing and interpretation of financial information. A more detailed definition is that offered by the American Accounting Association (1966), as follows: ’The process of identifying, measuring and communicating economic information to permit informed judgments and decisions by users of the information’. This means that, in terms of identifying, this should focus on the key financial segment of an organization, like liabilities, assets and capital. Measuring, on the other hand, refers to the budget of the company and it shows a true and fair view of the organization. Next, communicating refers to the financial information which is transmitted to the people who need this information.
