They may be required to develop new work parameters and develop troubleshooting procedures for mechanical and electrical
I have been asked to prepare a briefing note for a new employee who will be joining the company soon as a line manager. Below is information which will give this new starter a more in depth look of the organisation, what we do and how we operate.
Manufacturing- to be able to manufacture and create the designs we have produced, also each part of the final product should be fully functional and contribute towards the finished product.

The product design department states ‘once a product is developed it is thrown over the wall to manufacturing. Lack of communication between departments can cause problems with product quality, increase costs and lower productivity. One way to resolve this is to create a quality and safety position. This position would be responsible for gathering suggestions from the manufacturing and product design managers regarding new product challenges and/or reservations. After analyzing this information it would be shared with the designers to improve the product prior to it going to market.
Dedicated Engineering and Research & Development Activities – the company has a very strong R&D having over 3000 engineers and scientists

Everyone wins, including customers and shareholders."
Through staff induction we ensure that each of our new employees receive our company handbook which includes each of these three documents.
