For my Pre-School observation, I went to Frasch Elementary in Sulphur. The class I observed was a regular inclusion class. There were 6 males and 5 females. When I first got there, the students were at breakfast. This was a whole group time because all of the Pre-school classes were in the cafeteria at one time. During this time, the teachers were most of the time getting on to the kids for talking to loud, or for playing. Some teachers would start conversations with the kids too. I would say that

My classroom observation was done in a 5th grade Science classroom. The environment of the class was positive and supportive. Students were welcomed at the door as they enter. Desks were arranged with everyone facing the front of the room, in pairs of two, with a few single desks. The teacher was positive and respectful with all students. New with my observation is that I feel as though my target child has become a lot more comfortable around me and is continually coming to me and asking me to play with him and to help him with various activities.
