Transform $\Delta PST$ . Graph the result. For rotation, rotate about the origin. Rotate 90° counterclockwise.

• 90° counterclockwise rotation: (x, y) becomes (-y, x).
• 180° clockwise and counterclockwise rotation: (x, y) becomes (-x,-y).

Calculation:

Given the graph of $\Delta PST$ .

Coordinate of - $P(4,-1)$

  $S(-3,-5)$

  $T(0,2)$

On rotating 90° counterclockwise to $\Delta PST$ .

P becomes $(1,4)$

S becomes $(5,-3)$

T becomes $(-2,0)$
