Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Industrial/organizational psychology deals with the relationship between people and the environment in which they work. Industrial/organizational psychologists may help in assessments, personal selections, design work schedules and so on. Psychologists in such field may study the behavior of the entire organization and their hiring is often done so that they can deal with assessment and hiring of employees.
