The human skull comprises of facial skeleton which comprises of about 14 bones in the face namely inferior nasal concha, lacrimal bones, maxilla, and mandible. Dislocations may occur when two bones which are originally joined at the joint are detached. This dislocation cases difficulty in opening and closing of the mouth.
