You have a picky clientele: They all want the works, but they wish to specify the order of the placement of the items! For example, one person may want burger, cheese, mayo, onion, catsup, pickle, mustard, tomato, lettuce. Someone else may want lettuce, tomato, burger, onion, cheese, mustard, mayo, catsup, pickle. How many different types of burgers-with-the-works are there?
