Process strategy:
A process strategy is the approach followed by an organization for transforming the present resources into tangible goods and other services. The aim of the strategy is to improve the production process which would meet the customers’ desire within the specifications and constraints mentioned by the managerial team.
The selected process is for the long run and would have a long term influence on the efficiency and the production flexibility. They would also concentrate on the costs involved and the quality of the goods produced. The limitations of the process strategy are prepared at the creation stage.
