Introduction:
The lower extremities contain 30 bones in each limb such as femur, tibia, fibula, tarsal, metatarsal and phalanges. The head of the femur is attached to the acetabulum part of the pelvic girdle. The shaft of the femur is attached to the leg part which has two bones tibia and fibula that fuse at the shaft region and attach to the foot through the ligament.
