Chapter 7, Problem 16RAC
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Upper extremity helps in a wide range of movements such as touching, lifting and grasping. It includes scapula, clavicle, humerus, ulna, radius carpal, metacarpal and phalanges. The head of the humerus is attached to the pectoral girdle that supports the movement of the forearm. It has several muscles that exert the strength on the upper limb. The structural characteristic of the upper limbs reflects their function.
